A Cozy Winter Tradition Returns
Reserve a private igloo for the ultimate cozy winter dining experience! Perfect for dates, girl’s trips, family meals, and more. Book easily through our online booking system below. A member of our team will contact you to collect the $25 non-refundable fee. In the meantime, you will receive a text confirming your reservation.
Available from December through February, each reservation includes 90 minutes of private dining time.
90 minutes per reservation. Check-in at front cashier stand. Late arrival does not extend reservation.

Reservation Terms Conditions
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
Each igloo booking allows for 90 minutes of dining time.
Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
No outside food or beverages permitted.
In case of severe weather, The Pottery House Café reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
Reservation fees may be refunded only if the café closes due to weather or operational reasons.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the igloo.

The Pottery House Cafe offers one of the most unique dining experiences in Pigeon Forge! Their outdoor igloos are warm, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a special occasion or cozy winter meal. Each one feels private and inviting, with soft lighting and a festive atmosphere. You can enjoy the Cafe’s delicious Southern dishes in total comfort, even on chilly days. This is a magical experience worth planning for!

A: We have accomodated groups up to 8 if some of the members in your party are smaller children.

A: Please check in at the front cashier stand.

A: No outside food or beverages are permitted.

A: Unfortunately, we cannot extend dining time if you arrive late to your reservation. We strongly encourage arriving 15 minutes early to mitigate delays related to travel and parking.

A: Parking is available behind Pottery House Cafe on Butler Street right, off of Old Mill Avenue. You can also park in front of our retail stores, or in the paid lot on the corner of Butler and Old Mill Avenue

A: Only service animals are allowed inside the restaurants and shops. The service animals policy includes any areas where full-service is provided, including the outdoor dining patios in front of and behind our Pottery House Cafe.
We ask that you clean up after your service animal, and advise bringing your own waste bags. However, you will find a disposal station to the right of the back parking lot entrance of our Pottery House Cafe, along the sidewalk.

A: Yes, reservations fees may be refunded if we are unable to seat guests in the igloo due to inclimate weather.
