In the foothills of the Smokies, The Old Mill Candy Kitchen is known for its Bear Paws, creamy fudge, caramel apples, and taffy made on 100-year-old machines, along with shelves of classic sweets and old-fashioned favorites. Take a little something sweet with you.

A century of pulling taffy

Our vintage taffy machines have been spinning, stretching, and wrapping chewy ribbons of sweetness for more than a hundred years. Visitors love to watch the colorful pieces come to life and even more to take a bag home. It’s a Smoky Mountain tradition that’s still going strong.
