Our White Bread Flour is the same flour we use to bake our Old Mill Breads. It has more protein, and therefore gluten, than all-purpose flour. The higher gluten content is what gives homemade bread and our bakery breads its chewy texture.

I make our family's loaf bread every week. I've used white Lilly, King Arthur. This flour makes the best bread ever. I'll never use anything else!
