Peanut Butter Brûlée: Place 1 TBSP butter in each of 6 (1/2 cup) ramekins; top with 1 1/2 TBSPS graham cracker crumbs and 2 TBSPS mini chocolate chips. Combine 2 cups whipping cream and 1/2 cup peanut butter; bring to simmer, wicking to blend. Whisk in cheesecake mix; simmer until mixture almost boils. Spoon evenly over chocolate chips. Refrigerate 3 hours. Sprinkle with pkg. of topping and caramelize with kitchen torch or under broiler. Sprinkle with more chocolate chips, if desired.
