Make a small cone-shape cut in the bottom of the apple to make it easy to secure onto the center prong of the Apple Baker. Then hollow out the top of the apple to about the middle of it, and fill with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Spear the filled apple onto the center prong and place in a cold oven; turn the oven to 350° and bake until tender.
