1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup OLD MILL THICK TABLE ROLLED OATS
1/2 cup OLD MILL PLAIN FLOUR
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
Combine butter, sugars, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir until well blended. Mix in pecans, oats, and flour until crumbly. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely; break apart large pieces. Crumble can be frozen in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
Serve on ice cream or sauteed apples.
