Making cornmeal this good requires a bit more work on our part, but it's definitely worth it. We start with whole corn that is stone-ground to the perfect consistency each day by our in-house millers. We value the tradition of all-natural cornmeal and wouldn't dream of chemically treating or altering our product in any way. With nothing taken out and nothing added, our white cornmeal is truly unique.
